The Minden Skating Club is overseen by a volunteer Board of Directors, responsible for the club's overall operations. Board meetings are held monthly during the regular season. The Board ensures that all skating programs adhere to Skate Canada’s criteria and coordinates fundraising events, shows, competitions, and test days.
